Prevention Programs

Prevention & Aftercare

P&A is a family strengthening program that works to increase a family’s protective factors. P&A provides individualized case navigation services that help families access community resources and supports.

The Case Navigators work closely with each family to ensure they are connected with the services they need to thrive.

P&A also provides parent workshops, classes, and activities to help parents learn new skills for themselves and their children.

Partnerships for Families

PFF is a home-based parenting support program for families with children 5 years old and under. PFF offers weekly in-home visits with trained counselors*.

PFF provides education about child development, parenting, and safety. PFF also helps parents with strategies to manage stress and other life challenges. The goal is to create strong, positive relationships between parents and children.

PFF staff will also help families access community resources, such as food, health care, childcare, and other supports.

*in-person, face-to-face visits required
